Still feeling pretty poor - but I got a little boost in spirits when I said screw it, found a game that looked pretty soft and sat down for another 15 bux. I got up to somewhere around 80 with a couple of hands and was doing fine, but lost this one...

that river queen really hurt my feelings, but I was still doing really well -- I ended up losing to this chick later with A9 vs. AJ (she limped in first position and I did on the button) on a 10 A 4 Q Q board. I thought it was a split pot. Oh well. I finished the session much better off than I started and I got some beats out of the way...
Started at $556.13 and ended at $593.53. I guess I should be pretty happy about it (and I am mildly content with the session), but I was up to about $620 and lost a couple big hands at the end that I should've played differently. so I'm $31.47 away from being able to follow my bankroll management AND buy-in for the full $25 at .10/.25. I know it's not a lot of money, but it's moving in the right direction and getting me closer to my goal of playing 1/2 consistently by December 31, 2007 and having bought in (again while following br management) at 2/4.
